1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) applies to the website available at http://otemanutech.com(hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
1.2. The Website is owned by a legal entity, Otemanu OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).  

1.3. This Agreement applies to any person who accesses or uses the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
1.4. The Website is an informational corporate resource of Otemanu OÜ and does not constitute an online marketplace, trading platform, or mass media outlet.

The previous version of the Agreement shall be deemed invalid from the moment the new version of the Agreement is posted on the Website.
